How to make Vietnamese think different with their chin up?

It is to displace Vietnamese children all over the world near Western Europe so they can channel and funnel down the methods and feelings and ideas back home. And from homeland they create fusion.

That means areas of Canada, USA too.

But especially Canada and USA because their is that pull and wonky feeling of having it and losing it.

If you make children in a blue-collar area of the world then you just get industrial children.
