POWER
We are looking at soft power.
What we currently know and don’t know.
Vietnam is a neighbour to China and other countries.
But we are situated in a tropical area where the fertile land and fresh sweet water meet to grow abundant foods.
But also because we are further East and South we are maybe more Eastern/Western thinking and more Southern thinking.
We think dark and pretty Eastern/Western for people along the country because of frequency.
To change Vietnam to a powerhouse of Intellectual Property assets and Tech requires input from Vietnamese overseas mainly to translate life, lifestyle, projects and work to Vietnam in a bridge and partnership cooperation. Vietnamese from Vietnam going overseas too and helping back.
The transfer of people and ideas and work and working remotely will help facilitate the growth.
This happened with other Asian countries too if you studied history.

It requires people who are past middle age and past their personal needs to promote and grow and hold the bridge open.

Rural work and nature of Vietnam is normal and expected in Vietnam as it is a tropical agricultural nation.
I don’t think producing rice is feasible in greenhouses yet.
But the rise in climate change also has forced people to stay indoors out of the heat …

But to become a nation like neighbouring China or others requires the numbers.
If it is still cheaper to produce meat, produce and rice in Vietnam then it will slowly change over time as farming practices improve.
The need of technology and ‘face’ is up to the individual youth really. Based on necessity. If the child is hurting from being SEA in the world market for jobs and life, then they address it sensible way slowly overtime until they are done. Basically just address one practical traumatic issue they have personally.

If the country is primarily positioned as an agricultural nation just because of climate, then it will be hard to change this minds and prospects of the people unless they get technology from Vietnamese overseas (Vietnamese born in the West that care and Vietnamese from Vietnam working overseas) inputting technology, wisdom, hope and ideas.
It is kind of like Singapore.
Singapore I think had great talent and technology but here in the West (Canada) we never really hear from them in our personalized YouTube feed as they are a Southeast Asian country that is full of sun and fun because of fixed natural climate.
At the end it require tremendous partnership and collaboration of highly experienced people residing in Vietnam who have international experiences working remotely with people in other nations.
It requires people from countries that are developed and cold to bring and make connections back home.
FRAME OF REFERENCE
I, David Phong Tan Nguyen, had no choice to build and build and build in 2020 after realizing practical nursing was not a option for me.
Things I realized as a practical nursing student wanting to give up my life to care, give my life to God:
- Medicine and health in Canada is based on culture. The people who have the best high culture live well in Canada.
- People closest to white Canadian culture had the thoughts, talks to educate and facilitate health care.
So I built technology and tried to build high culture.
It required going up levels from practical system fixing utilities overtime. A 37 year journey and not overnight.

As AI and Tech increase and tons of computer people make millions of dollars off this new technology, Vietnamese might feel inept as their country is still quite new to technology and integration overall ???
AI and tech made millionaires overnight. So if you are Vietnamese and see other nationalities harness AI better than you, yes, you will feel somewhat hurt and defeated.
But remember, 100% of actions are based on need usually.
Please understand that as a Vietnamese we think agriculturally and are supported. It just takes socialization and travel to see the importance of more tech and integration. When you have compared enough while travelling and socializing then you will have the determination to work and study hard.
