Updates (June 4, 2026) Part 4

Most 40+ years old Vietnamese in the West have children almost reaching adulthood.

They spent 24 to 40 working a 9 – 5 supplying notebooks and lunches to their children.

The 40 years old are smoking, drinking and watching Instagram/TikTok, waiting for their children to choose their major in college/uni.

Life is normal … but is it?

According to my friend from Toronto originally from Vietnam, for the past 50 years after the Vietnam War, Vietnamese community had internal problems deep down inside.

Vietnamese are used as the scapegoat in society. They literally have no inputs??? Fighting and problems can occur internally without infinity input from other nationalities.

But I am 2nd generation … What does that mean in the ‘bad’ way? I am still an 100% immigrant, not entitled to this land, treated as a Fresh Off the Boat person by everyone and people make me even a criminal. Like they put in a class that is not proper. ‘Soup and questionable’ class?

But as a 2nd generation, I have opinions and ideas and am connected to this land. I am Canadian.

But people see colour and nationality 300%.

So what gives?

Most elder Vietnamese smoke and do other recreations that is not that great in terms of productivity and forwardness.

They succumb illness and early death … Not working the mind and choosing poor health choices.

But according to some Canadians born here sometimes, I am an immigrant 200% even as a 2nd Gen and should succumb to the same fate as other old Vietnamese in the past, smoking, drinking, gambling, eating poor.

So I guess it is good bye and back to Vietnam as even ‘Canadians’ whether white, black, brown or other Asian pigeon-hole me 99.99999999999999999999% or 200% of the time in public and online as a FOB immigrant criminal?

The only reason why I get all this hate is because naturally of what I am. I am from Muong Trau so we think positive and uplifting.

I don’t act gangster naturally and when people see that, they push me into a cube and try to bring me down to the defacto stereotype so ‘society functions’ as it did in 1979.

So I guess I did my part trying to be better and now I am going back home to Vietnam.

It is too much headache now since I did the things I did to help.

Good bye Canada! It was nice. But bringing in Vietnamese to use as scapegoats was not the solution with the War. All of SEA must leave Canada.

Was mixing better? I don’t know because at the end the half child is 50% Vietnamese and if they excel in life and break the ceiling they are ridiculed beyond belief after and must come back to their community or back to Vietnam.

So mixing does help a bit but I am already mixed like 51:49 and get along with everyone really.

People just hate that I act positive this way from doing my passions for the last 7 years against their already established life for the last 40 years expecting to see Vietnamese drunk and wasted and being criminals.

Now outside people tear people down with no basis as their parents had it easy and including them they have it easy compared to a Dalit like me. They are established group with firm better stereotypes from the 1970s compared to Vietnamese from the at period.

Only dalits like me can see 100% that these people are try to compensate that they have been fed a silver spoon.

And also they did not mix to be 50 : 50 and cycling. They deem homogeneity and purity only matters when clearly they are wrong.

I am 51:49 I think and develop opposing views and beliefs and products that are used today in good numbers but they overlook that as say it is a byproduct and no use. The software I make to help deploy Windows is not considered only negative stereotypes from the 1970s to return to balance now they deem.

Do I have to listen to them all day? The huge groups and not my group are moaning that being 60%+ British and whatever else mix is more smarter and more acceptable in reality? They talk and converse to me tell me that their admixture is right and positive in society as a whole. Yes, for socializing and working in public and getting along … but what about a guy who is mixed like me?

So I hide in the shadows programming away? And when you guys get a whiff of positive software you state it’s criminal? And not part of life in mainstream now.

It is not even the right software category to be thought of negative of this way. Making tax software that can updated by the user would be considered criminal. Not OS customization software which is like painting nails on clients. You see how Vietnamese I am. OS customization is offering choice and variety like painting nails LOL!

Anyways, I help found the activity for the fountain of youth. I just say that programming for OS customization is like making an indefinite order at a burger shop. The action of ordering a huge buffet order is what makes people live longer as time ceases when ordering food and it is so fun.

Anyways I did my part and now am leaving soon. Selling everything off to go back to Vietnam as my OS customization software is rejected for the societal norms of 1970s when Vietnamese were in a rut. Basically all of Canada like to see Vietnamese on the tail-end again for proper functioning of society like it always has been for the last 200+ years when Vietnam was colonized. They want us tributary again to the max regardless if we are in Vietnam or aboard.

Thanks Canada and its people, but being ‘the real scapegoat’ of the world ain’t fun.
