What is it like to be 33 years old, skill-less and out of shape in 2015 in Vietnam?

This is the turning point if you don’t know how to climb the facade.

My brother needs to go back to Vietnam to get ‘hurt by the locals’ surviving on instant noodles 2 times a day with 1 proper meal at dinner. (1 – instant, 2 – instant, 3 – maybe some rice with some meat and veg)

Like I knew how to climb. Journeys and experiences to Vietnam, working here and there, were escapes and learning points. Expand the brain and expand life and experiences.

But every man at the end of the day knows what is up.

When you are young you are not sure.

But every man knows that you have to scale and rise and do crap.
