What to develop?

What to produce?

What to make money?

What to influence?

What to share?

I am 42 years old. I have been to Vietnam 6 times.

From what I feel from the Mekong Delta region is simply I am farmers.

The whole region of the Mekong is prime for farming great amount of food so I am stuck thinking that way in that environment. The environment determines how most people and things are daily.

To think outside the box is to live somewhere else, the great determinate is location.

That means many, many, many Vietnamese must live abroad and near areas where it is cold like Scandinavia to produce the environment to build, research and study.

From there after 20 years they return home or open a post in Scandinavia to do collaborative research with sistering research institutions.

The brush and competition and exposure to Western cold research environments is key to developing comparative technologies and solutions.

It is about the people really.

I setup a post in Oshawa here in Ontario, Canada and develop software.

This is my outlet into relieving the stressors I have being born Canadian and contributing back to Canada and my motherland.

I am pretty sure that is all you can really ask for in people who come from tropical agricultural lands like the Mekong. The horrible humidity and forever growing bamboo is hard to not use and use as an excuse to be laidback.

But as I said it is about the people really.

If Vietnamese come from Vietnam or Vietnamese born in the West see that there are barriers created from them not to succeed and grow they will go around them. Depending on the personality and understanding of human psychology and race control, some Vietnamese people will take it upon themselves to grow more human and righteous to avoid labels and limitations by going solo or with a team to walk past real and mental barriers put up by everyday people.

Some people are so passionate about their work and are very nice sociable people that can talk the talk and work well with others, but the underlying problem in developing products to the market is to solve solo trauma and solo living.

The first entrepreneurs did the ground work in developing companies and infrastructure because they personally suffered a blow to their ego and had to sustain a livelihood.

You can not really ask a tropical agricultural people to understand that whole unless they are born in the cold climate knowing that they can freeze to death on the sidewalk if they have no friends or family support or even the government infrastructure and services to house them.

Solution is to rub shoulders with racists, move to allied research institutions, open a post and share research.

But we are an agricultural nation, the solution is build agricultural technology first. After reaching more efficient numbers in terms of yield and quality and nutrition then the people will branch out doing other things locally.

And do you know how hard it is to leave tropical Vietnam these days to go for more schooling and research unless you are hurt?

You must suffer some kind of blow either raced based or something really personal to go so far out to Europe or North America to study in the cold.

But with the world dancing on TikTok showing off their body for money … what do you expect these days? Grade 9 thinking.

For a nation to be so independent requires complete isolation due to location. The culture of Vietnam is bamboo policy and open. Therefore the minimum is sharing.

I as a millennial Vietnamese born in Canada suffered huge racism from lots of folk. And because I live in Canada it is mainly complaints and is let go as Canada is a friendly environment to just sit there and mellow until you feel the need to improve for ego and finding a wife that values living externally.
