DIASPORA PERSPECTIVE

As a Vietnamese children from the first wave 1979, there is a lot missing from top shelf.

I learned much later in life in 2012 to just do what I want according to Tony Tie and his family

In 2017, I learned about computers from Allan Michael Lane of https://www.AMLCSL.com a computer repair store here in Oshawa.

The thing is that we are not fighting a battle with each other. The goal is to understand the infinity of the mind and body.

When doing computers in code, you sit there thinking, thinking forever.

It is hard to get used to when your family genes are farmers since the beginning of time.

In 2002, 2006 and 2015 I went to Vietnam.

The gift that Vietnamese born overseas have is the trajectory. Overhanging fruit in front of them trying to get to the next satisfying goal if they lived correctly and pace fully in the West.

While in Vietnam, their heads are still in the West thinking what on earth are the Fortune 5 companies doing.

That is the secret and power of Vietnamese born in the West. There minds are in two places while in Vietnam.

The reach can be far.

But at the end of the day, we also enjoy life and work and friends and family.

Dependent on the frequency and remote friends, our outlook on life while in Vietnam depends on outsiders and locals.
