For Vietnamese to learn English well like other non-English primary speaking countries, they need to be mistreated inhumanely by others in the past usually.

It is all healthy ego so they have high and intelligent ego.

If the Vietnamese person does not want to learn English and feels it is not worth it, human interaction with a smart racist that deems you ______ will fix you.

Ask the school, government or parents to pool money to buy you a ticket to a English speaking country and live there for 6 months or more. If you get mistreated inhumanely = you will learn English to the top tier with maths parallel to show the world that you were just lazy and did not see the other side of the world because you were watching people dancing on social media showing their mid-riffs all day.

You will say China and Vietnam neighbours are always on the news and in your life so you have no time to learn English or think in Western terms. This side of the world is China, China, China so it is not your fault.

China wants the best prices for Vietnamese catfish and Vietnamese Jasmine rice and tasty sweet Vietnamese lemongrass to cook with to make some tasty dishes with tons of fibre, so your uncle has to work extra hard to produce it according to spec … no time for Westerners.

So pool tons of money to travel to English speaking areas and live at least 6 months to see the real West and see if you have the feedback loop to learn and learn and learn and grow and grow and grow until you are stable East and West.

The Vietnamese government should connect with sister countries out in the world that speak English to transfer and exchange people for experiences. But do they have it for the average child citizen wanting to improve their individual chances at life?

So it is up to individual schools and families to make the sacrifice to allow their young children to travel to see how primal people are as children. Scare the shit of kids to see how bad you may get treated if you aren’t English speaking to improve morals and behaviour.

No sugar coating please. The younger the child travels overseas and stays for 6 months in an English speaking country he or she will learn that you got to study English like a Oxford PhD graduate and have the technology to back it up.
