The reason Oshawa works I think is because everyone expects to work in the assembly line and do their part in the Auto plant.

No frills, no bs.

That is the mentality here in Oshawa.

Other places make note of you talent and anything you want to add.

The economy and frequency is to product product then market it and sell it. That is the feeling here as you walk around Oshawa.

“What you selling?” That is all it is.

Cut out the bs and sell and bring home the dough.
