1. Vietnamese have education but real modern education only in the last 40 years.
2. Vietnamese born or here in North America are then affected by the North American frequency

So they try there best to do and live and eat.

The interests of Vietnamese born in North America is so hard to describe as it does encompass the North American experience of being independent and forward … or just suffering because the system doesn’t really include us unless we live in Little Saigon.
