Individualism and Teamwork

In Vietnam maybe and young people life is about individualism and feeling good being ‘The One’. Different culture and experiences???

You must experience both and ask 2nd Gen how it is and I ask immigrants how it is now. Both get treated and redirect things differently at different times and experiences in life.

But I work on a team for the last 7 years. The ego, the treatment and energy dissipates over the entire team but people don’t see it that way, they look at the person 99.9999% of the time in 2026 because of social media.

Bringing in different ways and culture to the West may work … Everyone is different.

Working on a team for the last 7 years requires a lot.

We got motion, we got time, we got things working.
