So everything was based on LOCATION …

(AJAX)

So what happened? It started at 1998.

After getting a CompTIA A+ IT cert, I tried getting a outside job.

I couldn’t get hired because of whatever reason … God said it wasn’t my time.

Also I was secure. I thoroughly enjoyed fixing PCs so I was safe since I was 14 years old. Working did not matter now or later. High school mattered more.

So basically I did my thing and studied to get this and that and get around possible limitations.

(AJAX)

But the most problematic thing was in grade OAC I found that I wasn’t studying enough. I tried harder to get exposed … I spent from grade 9 to OAC stunted but not really.

That is the duality of life.

Some people go hard since grade 0 until they hit 22 years old.

I did and did not know that was the case.

I just studied, worked with my dad, and complained how racist the system is all the time.

(OSHAWA)

Then suddenly working with Ben Cybulski and the team we made progress and a product at age 37.

(AJAX)

So was there competition?

It is competition to people higher in the hierarchy. They are watching the people below all the time but when they finally get the corporate job and have 2 kids in tow they kind of get a revelation and stop. They reach higher transcendence and another dimension of life. They reach a stage where nothing makes really any sense. Competing becomes to large to handle 1:1. All you can do is mostly your job and relax. But watching people below you is kind a waste of time.

(OSHAWA)

In my case I did what I liked and prevailed. That is all it is.

The people at the bottom know it’s pointless to compete as the people up higher have the networks to keep you submerged. You don’t get the banking job and you don’t get the job in the sciences lab and plant because you are “different” and not theirs. This is if you work in Toronto.

Keeping that in mind you progress knowing that life is this way in Toronto and you must think you and your way which is unique and not competitive.

Location matters.

In Ajax, I was given the least hours and race and need mattered more.

In Oshawa, no one has time to worry about each other but work. So in Oshawa you are alone in this world, working with the world.

(WORLD)

So if you are full South Vietnamese, you must stay in the frequency like Oshawa to do your thing. Only the mind matters.

Watching people fight about culture and race then is quite horrific.

But then culture and race do matter as innovation and ideas can come from people who are different.

We need each other to understand ourselves and the world. We need both East and West.

One could not be defined without the other.

(OSHAWA)

So basically as a full South Vietnamese I had to move to Oshawa for work and life.

So if life is about location, what am I doin blogging this and that about race, culture and God?

You don’t realize everything is location based at first.

But you need to teach others that it is.

My cousins back home in Vietnam know why I struggled getting a degree. It was because I did not try to go to Newfoundland for my studies. Or at least Trent University in Peterborough.

Out there the brain only matters. The amount of scientific rigor is highest here in Canada.

Why am I talking about Toronto to California?

Is it really required at this point?

Once you understand your parents moved you to a thinking city 18 years ago, then why are you trying to find a way back to Eastern thinking?

At this point the blog is garbage.

But the products created over the last 6 years cemented the Oshawa way of production.

I can not have more or less than where I live. Maybe -/+ 5 in exchange.

So will I always complain about race and culture? or move up 5% and talk about quantum computing and go on tangents?

So the previous game before to excise the racial and cultural component was to go on tangents.

By going on tangents creating this and that in the zone, was the +5% of living in Oshawa.

So the team in 2020 consisted of Ben (Bowmanville), me (Oshawa), another Dave (British) and Dmitry (Russian). In 2021 it included a friend Felix (Mexican).

That means I spanned the world from my bedroom from Oshawa.

What more can you ask for?

Working in my group, we have similar and different perspectives which is enough to get by to create what we want.

The tangents that I go on are to impress my friends.

So is complaining about race and culture important when you got a varied team players? Yes, I guess that is a part of life when the team sync and are team players. We sit an complain from our chairs but only abstractly.

The problem is then it only is kind of bothersome when people outside the team criticize.

But the machine is well oiled and has some gas.
