If the immigrant student to the West has nothing in terms of money and assets after their parents pass away and no siblings nor cousins nor 2nd cousin nor 3rd cousin support they will succeed, succeed, succeed.

If they find themselves on the streets or in a ditch with no one to contact for help when their parents die in 5 – 7 – 10 years they will succeed in life. Like when their parents hit 70s. Not 60s but 70s.
