There are 3 things you must consider for leadership …

  1. Location
  2. Coloured
  3. East and Western minded

The world is split into 2 halves:

  • Middle eastern conflict that has been going on for 100 million years

You can be still forward and coloured. Persians at my schools still are proactive in research and study and development alongside Western counterparts. Love and hate relationship??? I see this at universities and colleges in Toronto.

Do you live to express your two hand and two feet and your voice and mind? Or are you forced to work because the location forces you? I live in Oshawa and am forced to work all the time because if you don’t you feel awkward in Oshawa.

Once your mind and body recalibrates and reengages to work at the Oshawa frequency, nothing matters no more. You buy the car you like, buy the house, love your wife and have the 1.5 kids, work and work, drink a beer or two, die here in Oshawa happily knowing you worked and lived for merit, external merit. Just working in Oshawa guaranteed you had a say in the economy of Canada and World. You working in Oshawa supported the GM agenda of mass producing good cars and trucks for world economy.

So Vietnamese in Vietnam wondering what is life? Is life about problems? Are the problems superficial? or are the problems about ???

So the deal is that to solve the problem of infrastructure is to mostly to do with organizing the development around existing nature and current and future agriculture. The mindset of the young currently in Vietnam are all teaming towards arts, new media and electronic content and integrating that with the neighbours and world.

But I as a 43 years old man, know that changes don’t last and it defaults to the original culture back in the 1800s really.

The point of this is how to combine the natural frequency of Vietnam to modern times if needed.

The natural frequency will always be there. The real Vietnamese people who have been in the country for 1000s of years understand that there will be more Vietnamese like them as time goes on. The natural frequency of the North will stay the same and same as the middle and South largely.

Industrialization and automation is good.

But that means most of the time their will be a yearning for the old life too as the frequency is in tune to mother nature and climate and agriculture.

Things are growing around you and your are not harvesting the plants to grow, harvest and eat a lot and sell?

That is a problem I am having.

I would like to farm again and have a simple life for myself if I save enough money and buy land in Vietnam just like back in the 1800s.

But industrialization is occurring and we can not just plant a few staple crops indoors like the Dutch.

The problem could because of migration.

More and more migrants cross the borders and try to change the industry of Vietnam from farming like the Netherlands’ farming DNA to IT and media.

So this issue we are having with people deciding whether Vietnam should go more industrial and more science base has to do with the tantalizing tropics with forever growing bamboo young shoots in your 200 dong instant noodles combined with migrants.

There is no remedy.

This debate will forever continue as migrants become naturalized to Vietnam’s ‘mangoes grow in front of your house’ and their need to industrialize and become scientific as migrants.

So I don’t know.

As a ‘Nguyen’ I have it in me to negotiate and decide what is right in front of me as a person living in Canada mostly.

But with the Internet and Instant messaging communication that is not localized, nothing really works.

That is why software I build is universal.

Target work and topics that are universal … make them universal.

  1. Windows Universal Debloater is translated into many, many languages: Most of the world is covered now.
  2. Sophia Projects are translated into 3 main languages (English, German and Russian) and attaching more languages is user home created without moderator intervention. No compiling needed: edit and add your TEXT notepad files.
  3. The rest of the tools will be translated in time. Multicultural is the answer really as countries don’t ever change.

We create software for the everyday technician and everyday teenager getting his/her first gaming PC at the age of 9.
