What you don’t know about the 10 year computer technician veteran:

1. You eventually have a big huge brain spanning 40 – 70 years of software hardware use special cases
2. You understand software and hardware structure …
3. You yearn to understand the software and hardware meaning you are capable of design. It just a turn-key operation that brings in so much money that you rather be entertained by the English and Western media watching a movie while doing a USB 2.0/3.0 14 TB back up of a mechanical hard drive for a customer.
4. You always got the itch to become a full fledge Full Stack Developer or IC designer. IT just requires 2-5 years of more schooling if you want then the world is yours.

Because of the stereotype of techs and mechs partying after a long day or wasting their money … I got labelled badly doing this work.

I guess watching Western media taught people everything in the real world.

Technician work and mechanic work is different from TV.

I guess it is no ones fault.

The media portrays tech and mechanics replacing parts while engineers designing the Star Trek Enterprise.

Oh well! Everything good is bad and bad is good in this line of work.
