Updates (Apr 5, 2026) Part 2

So my main Instagram account I had since 2017 I think finally got permanently deleted on 19th of March, 2026.

The 2nd account I used to talk to close friends was permanently deleted on 31st of March, 2026.

As a 2nd generation Vietnamese born in Canada, it helped so much that I grew from it and deleted it.

Yes we are part of the system when we sign up and view. I was a pawn for the Californian Big Tech companies. The content was questionable and headachy.

But I am old at 42 years.

More sleep is necessary, more better written essays and articles are needed from your national newspaper.

Does the world need social media? Yes and no. But mainly no.

But I just slept a good 6 hours today. I feel great.

Next is removing Shorts and Reels from YouTube and Facebook.

Just installed the extensions for YouTube and Facebook = less headaches.
