For most Americans and established people, they run into an Vietnamese businessman or accountant and expect fair business.
But Vietnamese from Vietnam add their stir: Business opportunities and financial gain.
The Vietnamese from Vietnam know how hard it is to make $1 a day and to make that +$100 from giving your customer some insight or advice or advancement is so worth it.
That $100 translates in the minds of Vietnamese is a lot back home in Vietnam.
That is the recurring loop feedback mechanism that makes poorer countries thrive in the West.

But what jobs are good for Vietnamese in the West?
It is all property to be honest. Assets.
The most busy savvy go to property as their children and dynasty don’t mind managing a unit or so.
But it is devastating to be honest.
Trying hold generational wealth is garbage.
It is actually medicine in the form of nursing at minimum to hold both areas of life: healthcare and some property in at least 2 locations. One where you live to work and retirement home overseas just like the Flipinos.
More than that is horrendous as each child wants to do their own thing.
But nails and restaurants are OK too. Accounting seems to be the only one that is in between.

I only did this IT work because I basically live in Canada with it trees and rivers.
- I had CompTIA A+ and love building PCs so I always have a job. I like clicking the GPU and RAM in. It is a childhood fun thing that never gets dull. Good God I am an Millennial where touchscreens and Internet weren’t around. I almost fully developed this passion so I am always on the ball.
- Thanks to GOD gave up my life to serve and God gave me the job of peer-tutoring Practical Nursing for a government public college school. I worked for the government. Best experience ever as I am always learning the dark and good sides to life. Holy moly there is so much darkness and light in life in healthcare. The understanding of people and needs and wants and achievements and power. Holy crap!

That is why I don’t get Vietnamese people from Vietnam.
I was born in Canada and like what I like, and immigrants turn the table and say why aren’t you managing a 1,000 person company at least. Yes, it is good to try and do, but Vietnamese born in Canada aren’t allowed to voice power and control really. Like we can try and do it for a while but we don’t have it in North America. They just want us to do the jobs they want us to do. But they can not touch you if you are born a certain way and do your passions. If you grew up nurturing a passion then you are that passion and no one can bother you. It looks freaky and out of this world to do stuff that doesn’t fit you at least 95%. Especially when you get older. At 35 working you should be in your element regardless of anything. Young people are still finding their curve.
But Vietnamese from Vietnam do press you to do better and see it the Vietnamese way which does open your mind up from 2 or more perspectives which is needed and cool. (1. Their way. 2. Vietnam way, 3. Their friends way)
I learned a lot from Vietnamese from Vietnam at Scarborough. I learned the most from them there as everyone had it in them to represent themselves in a multicultural city especially in college.
They could be 32 years old looking like there 25 years old doing research for the last 8 – 10 years. Revolutionary.
So Vietnamese men from Vietnam startled the crap out of me in Scarborough – Mississauga as they had needs and research that had to be solved. Real scientists and developers regardless of race and nationality.
Vietnam is no sitting duck.
