Sending Vietnamese abroad to study at key industries?

You are going to have to interview them personally and write out a 10 – 20 page personal story what they want to achieve in this world for them to struggle 20 – 30 years overseas with the most dynamic diverse minds in the world working locally, remotely and travelling there and there for exposure and experience.

The answer you should get is I want basically to be #1 in something and be recognized worldwide for my achievements if it is answered the Vietnamese cultural way.

The frequency of Vietnamese usually is to show off some talent they kind of love because eating and relaxing and wooing women is usually top on their list as a Vietnamese from Vietnam.

When I was in kindergarten I just liked to study and study the planets and universe. There was nothing to do other than explore more than the astronauts and scientists here in North America.

So besides the opposite sex and money, houses, cars and assets, if the child is well cared for like me in the First World with government loans and supports, what do they see and what do they want to see beyond?

2nd question is after they get into the age where personal tastes and people matter as sometimes what you want to do is affected by culture and people, what practical thing do they want to accomplish.

So for me I just wanted to build software computer utility apps in grade 6 to cement me in something industrial and practical.

Grander scheme is after they accomplish a solid product on the market that have value, opposite sex and family and return is important.

Ask the student, what type of spouse they need to provide decades and decades of business and business opportunities for themselves and others?

There is always that one woman who balances out the man and almost destroys him making him jump through the blazing fire and collapsing building to prove and stabilize the whole damn ego.

It is expensive to send out people who don’t have the passion to prove his woman and country and the world that he has insights and passion and own direction to zig zag around all obstacles to arrive at something he feels can be done.
