So everything is about cows at the end. Water buffalo in my case …

Beef and steak and oxtail …

I have a lot of cows at home. Just enough to survive.

But it is hard to balance humility when you got to stay afloat: active and proactive as that is life.

What else can I say really? Jump on the boat and sell? Eat, buy, sell at the waterfront market? Save for a bad day?

More this and that at work, school and institutions gets me kicked out because I keep selling beef pho at ridiculously cheap prices …
