What people don’t get about Programming

It is pure numbers. Western culture and other cultures doesn’t phase it when you are building 3-5 miles tangents in the air software that is getting more and more complex and random.

The other day, a 20 year old kid told me the American/Western/Canadian way of life is what life and work should be about. So that means basically 9 – 5 doing linear work.

I have been working doing my projects for 6 – 7 years. Nothing is linear and normal 9 – 5 with this. You got running a Wrapper that adapts to scripts that get changed and refactored every 1 – 2 weeks to include more and more options instead of just registry changes. You got a general debloater 3 ways that is now a multilanguage tool teaching language on the topic of computing.

That is what happens when you zone out and Zen out. Talking with fellow people and going out in public, things are contained for civility in the flesh. What about in the depths of the mind alone somewhere in a different family and culture and multiculture? What can be accommodated and what can not be accommodated in 2026?
