Lessons I learned in Life
Even after 40 years, you have this strange feeling in the Americas. I travelled and seen places and people and still realize the Americas have this feeling of trying and doing and also ‘yeah’ … and ‘whatever’ sometimes.
I think I need to travel more to explain the feeling of living in the Americas.
You got to push to feel good? or do your thing really in the Americas. I think it is the second for me.
Is this normal everywhere?
In Vietnam, I am sitting enjoying my 3rd iced tea while thinking of what to do in the Americas???
Canada/The West has this pull.
But what about now?
What about now when there are Vietnamese from overseas in Vietnam working and exploring business opportunities and Vietnam is developing?
Am I that miserable and down that I rather stay like this to do the things I try and do currently?
Have I found my place? Since 1997 here in Ontario, Canada?
This out of place feeling you get in the West is fixed by 37 years old partly when you do your own thing and do stuff daily. You get so mature at this point. That is the secret. It is being an old man.
…
- Stop worrying about people so much. All you can do is do your own thing. You are writing your own story kind of. But when you are ‘old, old’, it is just being an old figure in society.
