Culture and Location

I am kind of like Canadian and kind of like my cousins on my father’s side.

An Giang is an agricultural area. Probably the most agricultural area in Vietnam. It is part of the Mekong Delta.

Naturally, I like to grow stuff.

I like to grow Thai Bird’s Eye Chili.

I think that is the only thing I like to grow and eat LOL!

I don’t mind growing rice.

When I visit Vietnam I am the 2nd oldest family on my father’s side.

I usually play on my father’s side because I like being the oldest and it’s fun.

On my mother side, I get treated like a child and student. I get life lessons from all the older cousins. My mom is 4th oldest family.

I feel I have to act smart all the time to earn their respect and follow.

I am a little guy when I visit my mother’s side.

It is stressful talking and socializing with my mother’s side.

I end up exhausted and learning life lesson steps whenever I go there.

Sometimes it’s fun.

It is hard to understand this part of the family because I am little.

This side of the family is different and does different stuff as they are the original inhabitants of the area around the intersection of Mương Trâu Bridge.

My father side moved to my mom’s area when their land was submerged in waters because of rising tides. They are from Mương Ranh.

My father side thinks different from my mothers side. My father is further north east. So he is probably happier and more Eastern ways.
