When I went to Vietnam in 2018 I realized Vietnamese born in Vietnam don’t understand how it is to be Vietnamese born in Canada.

So dating and marrying an Vietnamese from Vietnam and bringing them over is a no-no I think.

As a Vietnamese born in Canada, in my core I am proud to be Canadian and like how life will turn out at the end. I will turn Canadian and do Canadian things like nature and wilderness lifestyles like the First Peoples of the New World.

But Vietnamese from Vietnam are exposed to the suit and tie skyscraper life of America.

Vietnamese from Vietnam don’t know it is the immigrants and children of immigrants that built America. What they are seeing in the sky is immigrant work.

So as a Vietnamese born in Canada, I seriously don’t care about the high life really as I am born here.

So every conversation with an immigrant ends up passive and open ended.

Like I still have my passions and likes. But at the end of 55 years old you might see me camping or kayaking in the rivers and lakes up North Ontario.

Who we are if we are born in Canada???

We are First Peoples of the New World trying to maintain and construct enough housing for our children and immigrants.

I see Canadians marrying Canadians really.

We are bonded by the harsh cold winters and try to survive the seasons.

When I Google if Americans can marry immigrants and check out the stats … I see that it ends up in divorce at the end usually.

But Americans are different. They do not have the cold, cold winters. They are free to roam the 51 states.

Most of Canada lives along the USA and Canada border where it is cold mostly. Only in BC experiences mild weather.

Americans can marry immigrants and still work outside throughout the year doing agricultural related stuff so that is why it may be easier to marry immigrants for Americans. They have vast agriculture year round. They can have 2 types of business running. One in Florida and one in New York. They have the climate and weather to experiment.
