Updates (Dec 9, 2025)
What happens when you get old in your mid 30s:
- When you turn 35 years old range, your body has peaked and is now failing
- When you feel the decline suddenly you look to pivot and do something mature
- Your mind changes to think like a caregiver maybe if you worked normally paced from 22 to 35
…
You are supposed to do this and that and this and that when you are young from 22 to 35 years old as a Vietnamese guy in the West to avoid being sad and depressed.
Life ain’t good for Vietnamese men from my experience in the West as in the West things are pretty externally valued. The cold northern climates forces people to value external lifestyles. So for Vietnamese like me who originally lived in the agricultural lands, you must keep busy. As going back farming isn’t a good alternative …
Like you can try to go back to Vietnam and try it to experience it, farming. Do this and that. Life is trial and error and experiences x1000s. I did not change until I was 37 :). Don’t be that serious LOL!
But seriously too … If your genes are farmer genes, it feels super great to farm and work the fields …
And the trick is that farmers do work hard … if you go back to farm your homeland’s fields, it will unlock your brain and genes to work and think like a farmer and work hard and hard. You will ‘farm’ …
That is why I want my brother back to Vietnam to experience farming to unlock his potential …

The problem with showing your face and body on social media …
Once you get old, old, old, old, with a great amount of white hairs (visible) … it becomes cumbersome to dye it. Then you realize you can not use your face and body no more while worrying about aging. Then you work harder mentally.
So it is nice and correct as a young man or women to enjoy your youth.
But when I was young on social media I felt ugly compared to whoever …
I just had a 5 pictures on FB.
Putting yourself out there is correct when you are young to understand social media presence.
It sets a marker.
But …
After getting white hairs that are visible in photos, you realize this important pathway …
You pivoted to work mentally harder … then you work so hard mentally and then forget what you look like, you get old and maybe chubby, but you pivoted to thinking. You kind of miss your looks but you have no choice to think and think and think especially for a Vietnamese guy LOL.
Then one day all you have is your thinking and that is great. Now you are defined by your thinking and things you do.
That is 100% protection against all the external elements of life that can bog you down. All you are is your productive thoughts and then you will live to 150+ years old drinking coffee and tea with some local burgers once in a while.
BUT …
But at the end … you are a Vietnamese guy who 50 years after the Vietnam War has freedom to improve and grow … that is what is the underlying theme. You have your freedom to grow and grow in the West. You don’t have to worry about anything in a first world country but to grow and experiment and run on tangents!
…
The benefit of born and living in the cold North …
Living in the cold north does two things:
- Matures you so much. Ages you quicker.
- You learn to collaborate and help others and cold dwellers have to help others live in a community. It is about the village.

Why it is troublesome to think New World and Old World …
In the New World we have these benefits:
- When you come here as an immigrant, your frequency overrides the natives a bit. Your mission is to make money and have New World children.
- But at the same time you evolve to an Indigenous person and your children are Indigenous to this land.
- This makes you work hard, and harder to make something out of yourself and your wife. You push to make the North American Dream.
- There are plenty of wheat, corn and hay to go around in North America so you have to take advantage of that and make something of yourself to feel good and successful.
The Old World has these benefits:
- The Old World is the baseline of life but the New World sets the pace which may or may not work with the Old World. North America wants to impose it culture and believes worldwide. Mainly so people support North American experiment as it has vast untapped resources.
- The Old World people like in Vietnam (my family in Vietnam) don’t understand the duality of life of being Vietnamese born in Canada while evolving to a Indigenous person at the same time. This causes great stress for the parents and the children feel hopeless. The kids born in Canada have to connect with other Boat People children. Only the kids that were born in Canada. Their cousins back home in Vietnam will never understand them. Therefore some Vietnamese just visit their homeland for vacation and eat and sightsee and return back to the West as their family in Vietnam will never 100% understand this duality. The most perplexing thing about life for me is that I initially grew with the support of my family back home but that did not work no more at 37 years old. You can not expect Old World Vietnamese philosophy and lifestyle to apply to New World lifestyle. So God made me finally make bonds and progress with Boat People children born in Canada here. Now I kind of disconnected from my entire family back in Vietnam as they don’t understand Indigenous evolving. I grew independently from them now and help them afar from marketing their businesses. I grew into a Canadian marketing agency for my cousins. My cousins appreciate my hard work and networks I grew. But all of this was for survival. I think I got to make more Vietnamese born in Canada bonds now as things aren’t working that good. My cousins in Vietnam don’t understand really anything about what is going over here in Canada as they aren’t born in Canada. Basically Vietnamese born in Canada are supposed to marry an immigrant from the Old World like Trump did and like his father and like his grandfather to maintain life in Canada. I am not supposed to go back home to Vietnam. The immigrant wife will like to work hard to maintain the living standards of Canada for now and the future. You are supposed to listen to Old World people really but still have forwardness of progress. This game is incredibly hard. Your New World actions can not satisfy everyone. That means you are suppose to marry an immigrant who has been schooled and worked in Canada so they understand what it takes to maintain Canada. Most of the time it this ends up in divorce as the two clash on everything. But in the case of Trump, the immigrant wife must be from a Western country in Europe to live in North America. That is why the world is the way it is, always fighting and always disagreeing.
The Canadian freedom feeling:
- You live like an Indigenous if you are born in Oshawa I think. You like to maybe go far north and live off grid. Maybe farm like me.
The American freedom feeling:
- Texas
…
People criticize or make opinions about this and that … But I am speaking from a 40+ years old Vietnamese born in Canada. That means it is new.
10,000+ years ago this did not exist.
Some people don’t understand why. They don’t understand why their criticism is not working … It is based on frequency and location and networks.
…
Things I do and talk about are small team projects and personal projects. That means it is location based.
If you are not in the same location then it may not make sense that much.
…
I talk to my cousins regularly in Vietnam. When I talk to them I am all happy and behave like their cousin who just lives next door to them in Vietnam. I morph/transform myself to a Vietnamese guy who lives in Vietnam but also lives in North America at the same time. I live in two worlds. I make it sound like everything is perfect and OK. But it is agonizing inside kind of because of two different frequencies. I work and work and work on tangents to make myself feel good over here in Canada. I put on a happy face marketing this and that.
It is good productive stress but the different types of thinking from Old World to New World is very tiring. Is it healthy? Yes mostly so I keep at it.
Maybe only 1-2 cousins can feel my loopy head thinking from Vietnam.
Once I ‘built structure’ my cousins don’t talk to me that much no more because they finally realize what it took to build it. I worked from 1995 to 2025 subconsciously and consciously and whatever and ‘suddenly’ something arose from all of this. All it took was many trials and errors with gradual growth and intuition and New World dynamics. The key is experimenting. That is what people don’t do that much. I had one chance and did experimenting with my friends and family and it got somewhere. Was it circumstance? Yes.
Now my cousins have my marketing. Things are pretty good I guess now.
And again it is all for survival bouncing between frequencies.
As an Indigenous person of Canada, I have to reach this hard.
‘Canadians’ know what is up. They know what I am doing. I am trying to impress my sponsors …
Other nationalities and immigrants should be able to gauge how much effort this took.
I am working to maintain stuff at the end.

Why YouTube is bad if you are unaware.
People post videos to do everything.
But the problem if you are just a viewer and don’t work a 9-5 job is that you start seeing videos that are based on sympathy. There are influencers acting desperate for views.
Therefore, if you don’t work a 9-5 routine job you feel bad for them.
But should you? Yes and no.
They must understand they must disconnect from social media and read books and study and do the things they love and want to improve. Everyone has a problem really? The must live like its 1500 AD when things were industrial.
Less communication, less visual, less face-to-face, focus on yourself and your mind and growing your independent journeys. Be a man of the past with clear intention and seeking. It is in your genes. It is intuition.

The problem in life as a Vietnamese born in Canada …
Vietnamese people that came to the West are action driven. Cung Le was born in Saigon and did MMA, Andy Le and Brian Le I think were born in California and they did martial arts and movies, Luke Nguyen was born in Thailand and became a restauranteur and TV Chef.
Do you see what happened to the notable people?
If you are born in Vietnam you are action driven to make money and open businesses focused on making money.
If you are born in the West you do media.
I kind of always knew this.
I am passive and scared to deal with both the native and immigrant crowd.
Immigrants that come here with their culture don’t mind seeing Vietnamese born here do media.
Natives don’t either.
So that is why my brother who was born in Canada does his arts and entertainment.
But when I do skilled work people complain.
BUT God helped me and I built something different with the team where I can market but don’t market so everyone is like what the heck? Now everyone in the world is chill really.
It was because of Ben Cybulski really! He pushed me. I am a junction person. He helped me live to feel good.
If I do media, it is non contact and works just like what my brother mostly does. He does entertainment 90% of the time.
But if I did not do my thing, I could not bring up the coding (logic) needed to bring up the media work. My work influenced my brother and my brother influence me. 50:50.
…
Why it is hard to do media as a coloured person born in the West.
In grade 13, I tried my heart out trying to design and create artistic work. It turned out ‘whatever’.
I realized it takes a lot of practice but a lot of networking and working in the world to create the best functional designs. You literally have to be a social butterfly to do media and arts.
When I design web sites, it always falls short.
I realizes I am not Western enough to see the beauty like Westerners. Westerners see the most.
Therefore, I went and solved the problems that affected me. I went on tangents in 2024.
Just like other Asians in the past they did research in the field they want in institutions. They got PhDs in their field.
Competing for the web development contracts will fail as I don’t have it in me really. I don’t design better than some large Western web studio, I don’t want to grind learning all the latest web development frameworks.
So at the end, through intuition, I did whatever I liked in a first world country as I have freedom to create and do and experiment.
Everyone knows this. If they complain, it is simply because they have it better and don’t have any problems and have line-ins and rather go the well-taken path like their parents or ancestors. They don’t want to experiment as they don’t want to. Mainly because of circumstance. They simply have it easy.
If they complain or complain about others in a first world country that doesn’t make any sense. Especially in North America.
There is enough wheat, corn and hay in Canada. There is so much lumber too.
At first they complain as it is natural because everyone hates, but they are slowly becoming more and more Indigenous and one day will return to ‘The Mother’.
That is why there is a cool duality of being born and living in North America.
…
The Indigenous Peoples of North America knows what’s up. People born here know what is up.
I know what is up. I am born here.
I complain and complain and complain.
Then I realize when I complain it is to grow.
Complain to grow and become industrialist as I am 2nd generation.
That is all.
…
In the background I connect with all the Indigenous peoples and people born here.
I have a line with the people born on this land.
…
Immigrants that have children here in North America kind of understand that their children are Indigenous.
They are like relieved really.
They don’t have to fight and compete in the overpopulated Old World.
There is enough land North of Toronto to live.
Plenty of crackers and coffee to go around really once they settled down after 8 years in the country.
…
Basically I get complaints from immigrants that expect me to do media. But I am 2nd generation wanting to do stuff which makes them angry.
The immigrants want the skilled jobs and want to be in leadership which is correct.
But if I do arts, it will only reflect me. So that is kind of boring. Only Vietnamese children born in the West from Boat People will see my media and ‘Canadians’.
…
At the end nothing makes sense because immigrants and Indigenous live together in North America.
But if I go on tangents, the immigrants are partially OK with that as they see that it addresses my problems of finally have freedom as a Vietnamese.
…
Usually 8 years after immigrants land they kind of stop caring about this and that and just want a cup of joe.
