Chien Nguyen had a video reel on his Facebook saying that the sun in the East is just different.
Is it really? I think it is.
I assume people up North of Vietnam have a completely different way of living and perspective.

The problem with my way of thinking for 99.9999% of the time is that think native Canadian way (Vietnamese-Canadian my way) which is OK but also bad …?
All my life growing up you realize race, all native Canadians do, but also try to work with people and help and mix out and blend and balance which is nice.
Most of the time like 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999% at the end people work together regardless of differences … balance things out.
People do share and get working along at the end but the interactions can be bad at first if they put me in a corner like I am the Vietnamese guy from the 1960’s during the Vietnam War. 101% of the bad interactions are based on the negative stereotype from that era LOL!
That is just how it goes in North America.
In the Old World, I am just another person from another country that is a part of Eurasia doing something about commerce at the end.

Cool tip … The more you build and build and build … basically doing your thing as an old middle aged man (do things that bring you joy) … you can talk positive around your parents and siblings to make them consider the happier side of the interaction/debate.
You basically can see 10 steps into the future with something nourishing the soul and mind.
You build and prepare for the future …

With Vietnamese born or raised in Canada, they all understand the native thinking problem that they have and have to deal with daily.
But when you go to work, then it is all business. Sell whatever product to whoever needs it. Sell the rice to whoever eats rice normally. Things are based on 1800’s food diet.
Then you die inside as a Vietnamese person as you are made to work like a machine … LOL!
Then you run away doing your own thing … LOL!

I matured and learned about cooking.
Cheap and easy way to enjoy and have fun and learn.
I used to cook things that were exactly the same as last cooked meal.
Now I learned to relax and learn a little to cook.
That is the beautiful thing about getting old and maturing. You can cook meals 101 million different ways . That is the secret. Every meal can be different. Every spoonful can be different. It is actually a billion different ways.
And it is so inexpensive to cook at home compared to dining out at your local fast food restaurant.

I learned about life and my culture and genes …
I am from An Giang province in South Vietnam so that means I am agricultural based and mainly worry about producing food for myself and others. That is basically it.
