Updates (August 16, 2025)
What I learned from socializing and growing for the last 5 years.
Deep down people have this edge to them.
Living in the West is sometimes dreary. People socialize outside and expect to be placed in boxes on the top shelf.
But in reality it is just negative stereotypes all day outside.
People at the top of the bookshelf might have a problem. They have been sitting on the top shelf for a while. While up there they have the opportunity to be treated upper. It is nice up there.
But what does that do over the years? They peaked 10 years ago, they enjoy sitting around. They kind of stopped growing because they reached the top? Now they collect dust and start to wither. They aren’t chasing the next thing?
Conversations run dry. There is no more interesting talk after 5 minutes.
That is the cycle of life and world history for the last 10,000 years.
The people below are fighting for a chance to rise to the top shelf.
The people on the top shelf either keep working hard or keep others down …
People are alone 99.99999999999% of the time and have to do something in safe Canada. People move on and do more. At 40 years old people have researched enough and it is your time to do what you like and be entrepreneurial. No more young thinking. No more young life. No thinking in barriers. No thinking in colours. That is the human condition of living in the West.
Actual longtime ‘Canadians’ understand this.
…
Growing up in the West you have this problem …
You can try to work hard or take a breather and explore life like a Westerner.
That is why post-secondary school is odd for coloured people born in the West. It can be racist and full of immigrants. Most immigrants know the right way and do things like their adopted country. They learn eventually.
But the reality of life for a coloured person born in the West is to do everything on their own like Westerners since the 1960-70’s. That is pretty hard for coloured people born in the West unless they have same frequency friends outside school.
…
Actual traction is really just doing your thing like freestyle like Westerners.
…
Some cultures and countries accept nepotism and nationalism … That breaks after awhile when you are living true to yourself after 35+ in the West. You live with genuine searching and insight into life after young adulthood.
After living in the West for 41 years, you realize racism and cultures means nothing much as you figured out everything and researched everything and learned everything that has to do with cultures. It becomes something you just learn (subculture) and you got 50+ years left to learn and grow and live in safe Canada after hitting 40.
Everyone reaches this if they played their cards right in safe cold Canada.
You see old immigrant aunties from South, South East and East just walk around doing their daily exercises confirming that the freedom you have in Canada is to research and learn and grow for yourself to feel good and enlightened. It is a human need that everyone wants after learning everything about young adulthood and middle-life.
