Updates (May 12, 2025)
At the end of the day … it is just your internal drive.
…
Do I think OK?
You still got to grow your consciousness and learn.
…
You have to think broadest and objective like some groups to have everything like them.
…
It is cool when you go out in society and see people doing stuff but not doing stuff.
…
It is weird … when you are young you follow … when you get old ‘you think’ and think normal like everyone else. There is no racism or cultural connection really. You do think your way but kind of like blah and whatever and equal because you learned and experienced life and doing your own thing.
…
My mentors like Ben, Allan and Dmitry have a life blueprint for me. Seriously whatever happens, happens doing your proactive thing.
…
Instead of thinking about life and the despair of getting old, with my team I am thinking about stuff to do and keeping busy. That is what I learned working with Ben really.
…
What people lack for health? It is to go do something that is not based on the everyday. When I was young I was always working trying to make a buck to afford that nice meal or buy the on sale gadget.
When I worked in my field with my team, it became less of making solutions after awhile and became a thing I did to see where it would take me.
My brother just thinks in art and graphics. But that is 2D-3D. That is kind of the same thing everyday.
By working hard trying to figure out logic problems like coding and doing things like coding new features or just learning how to code enjoying and taking your time is a good maintainer to health. It is not linear really.
It is all projects and your projects and finding out what you enjoy doing and learning.
If I was to build linear products it wouldn’t be fun and probably it would be depressing.
…
This is what life is like when you start coding. You never know what will happen when you keep at it.
…
Some people actually feel sorry for me, like my mentors. That is what I forget in life. LOL!
I am trying to do something. Trying to do something different.
…
Programming is actually healthy. It is health.
That is what is keeping people from being healthy. The work and act of coding helps with health and maintain it I think.
…
I never felt good living here in Canada as I was always worried about having a job and the essentials. I felt despair and dumb most of the time.
Then just now I realized it was coding. I feel good doing it. I was actually doing something. Well at least unique.
Now I feel confident.

As a Vietnamese guy the negative stereotypes are bad out in the world still. So I had to do something to feel good.
But it is the same for everyone …
It will take another 20-40 years until Vietnam stereotypes are gone as Vietnam develops. It is the same for every group.
…
I am learning this now. Vietnamese born in Canada pretty much know how to live.
Women are smarter then men I pretty much think.
Vietnamese women born in Canada are smart at the get go really. They understand the difficulties of race and culture and divide and sharing in Canada. They help their Vietnamese men born in Canada counterparts to grow and survive.
With proper Vietnamese women born in Canada support to get around negative stereotypes and grow and make something new and flourish.
It was 99.99999% this for me to grow. Tammy Nguyen made me grow and become my own.
That is the thing in life, you are supposed to find someone who makes you live and flourish your own unique way. That is what makes life special.

Honestly to maintain your health, was to understand the world from all perspectives and to work hard, hard like Westerners.
When you are young you are sometimes a sheep especially born here in Canada. But when you get old you just know that people are people at the core and the difference was how hard and busy they work. But to know this you have to travel the world and understand the diversity and the work people do and do it too.
Once you understand diversity and world history you understand people from all walks of life and treat everyone as a person who is living and growing.
But the key thing in life was putting in the work and keeping busy. That is the only thing that separates people really.
The hardest workers maintain smarts, an edge and the best positive outcomes and outlook.
But everyone is doing their own thing and at their own pace. The key is doing their own thing.
Living in Canada you actually have to think broad and big but also understand you need to relax and reflect. The goal is to be able to work and think like Westerners and have that overall ability to work above average to see positivity like Westerners.
Again that is doing your own thing without blanket negativity and black and white thinking. That is to have your own.
…
Everyone gets old and figures all this out sooner or later. Depends on the stressors and negative interactions.
Everyone figures that doing maths and especially coding was the answer for health and smarts.
