Updates (May 1, 2025)
I went out the other day.
I met older people but still young.
I was tested.
At the end, life is still do what you want here in Canada.
Not childish to show off and buy nice things but to go deep into your mind for that good feeling.
I knew the Western way of life was right. You had to go deep into your soul and heart to do what you enjoy most and to grow.
Do that way to tunnel into your being.
…
Any growth and doing is good. Some people want high positions and compete for the job. But as I found out the other day, that doesn’t work to feel good, feel wide and large and well and balanced. Not healthy doing that here in Canada.

After interacting in society at my level of experience, I learned to keep quiet and ignore and learn and think wide.
…
I learned that people naturally hold biases.
…
I learned the biases people have must be ignored and you just have to do your thing away from the negativity.
…
By doing your thing you improve your mind so much that it has very large depth that is different from other people walking around.

So 50 years after the Vietnam War, I realized I am old and have done some nice things that have value that takes time.
Biased people I have met did not expect that. They expected 50 year old stereotypes and want to enforce old stereotypes.
That is the trick to living well. Do what you like and do it well and keep at it here in Canada so your contribution is great. All my production took time.
Not one expects that really. People expect a simple negative stereotypical life on everyone except the people at the top.
…
Also you can not care about people really now. It wastes time and energy because the people are usually 100% biased and controlling. And that does nothing good being closed off and biased. It doesn’t allow people to grow.
…
Working in society is bad because 99.9999% of the time it is categorizing people based on negative stereotypes and putting people in the bottom.
Therefore, as I understand it, it is to do things on your own like researchers quiet in their rooms. Linus Torvalds has the best life not bothering anyone but just doing his thing.

The negative stereotypes of Vietnamese I witnessed growing up was because of these reasons (from my dad and reflection):
- Some of the refugees were farmers so they lacked education
- Some groups did not want Vietnamese to grow and be educated and did not help them and prevented them from learning
- No work opportunities besides simple jobs
- Not enough Vietnamese women for each Vietnamese man
- Some groups instilled negative stereotypes in the Vietnamese young so they can’t think and do better. Constant negative stereotyping and name calling which makes them dumb and lose out.
Everyone wants to achieve a better life or else they get sick. So at the end you don’t listen to the biased people and do your thing.
When you get old, you forget the biased people and also just do your thing.
