Updates (January 9, 2025)
After visiting Peterborough, I realized it is good to travel now. I did not see how things are out east that far. Some places have that way of life that teaches you new things. I used to think everything happens in the cities but no.
…
Once you understand life so far out east in Ontario and come back to GTA you realize you now have that experience and thinking to think more and different in a good way. You see things in a broader range and have that flexibility and adaptability and depth to do good things with everyone and everything.

There are good things about diversity I learned from living in Oshawa now. Oshawa has become so diverse. Medical professionals from all different backgrounds are helping me. They are in a position to help me as I do struggle in my way.
They taught me that the healthcare field is good. They have the knowledge in healthcare. But also they have their culture too. But the core thing they are teaching me is that they want a “good life”. They want a “good life” just like the ‘Canadians’ and why not?
That is all that is happening for colored people. They just want a ‘good life’. A life like everyone else. A good, good life. That is the frame of mind that a medical professional has.
You have to define a good life. A good life is the emotional fulfilling life I guess.
After I achieved everything I wanted, reaching far to the horizons, I settled back in. Now I look to see what is a good life with all things considered.

What I did to save my sanity:
- I studied and studied and looked for more and reached.
Other developed nations do that until they are long gone. That is health.
I don’t listen to people who say enough is enough. Health is really studying more and reaching more.
Reach until it is just creative and open space. That is the Western way.
…
I realized this more … The Western people just look at my life as another way of living. Just one of the many ways a person can live on this planet. I used to get hurt when I was criticized for my lifestyle. The I realize now the Western way is just right. I have my own way.

How medical professionals see their patients is from the social perspective. What caused this person to get ill in this world? Was it societal pressures? It is.
That is why they don’t judge and prescribe medication.
At the end of the day you are supposed to live at home in your head thinking all the time to get out of the societal pressures to live a good life. The societal pressures might be skewed against you (life is negative outside) so you must grow and learn and become specialized to have that breadth and uniqueness to thrive and grow beyond and think big. Think so broad and wide that your thinking surrounds other peoples thinking.
But at the end of the day, you are supposed to improve yourself and your people as nations are not changing or merging so people look at you in a good light.

When your life is so different for a good reason. Being Vietnamese is kind of harsh. I guess to break free is to be different.
