Updates (December 13, 2024)

When I was visiting my friend the other day in Mississauga going home, I was waiting for the last connection bus. A young male teen looked at me. He wanted the time and space. I looked at him like ‘this is life’.

This is life when you are old. You are out of shape, slightly heavy, no longer a punk, life now is doing Western modern things to make a life for yourself among the other ‘forward people’. This is life: working like a ‘typical Canadian’ stereotype.

He knew it was but was still young and wanted things his way. He wanted his fun and enjoyment right now but understood the mission and goals in life from the start. No one is that clueless born in Canada who don’t understand that is up and right. It just takes decades and decades.

When I was socializing with my friend who is Vietnamese from my Ajax hometown, I saw and felt his presence and how he got to his way of successful living.

He wasn’t focused on being Vietnamese, he wasn’t focused on being Asian, he wasn’t focused on his looks. He wasn’t being self-conscious about being Vietnamese, being Asian or his looks. He focused on his mind only.

I went to school in Scarborough and I did the opposite. I think I am in the wrong. I am gravely in the wrong.

Life is now for me is 3 parts.

  1. I was previously still growing, learning from Ben Cybulski how to approach life and do more. I was stagnant for 30+ years just living aimlessly before I met Ben and Al.
  2. I worked with Ben and others to develop collaboration skills with same frequency people and people higher than me.
  3. I worked on myself. I felt the need to develop as a person and grow. This is not normal!!!??? Usually when I was working outside in the real world, 99.99999999% of people are conformists. They bend depending on all social factors (race, culture, sex, looks, education, job and age and needs also maintaining control and power). No more personal self-development beyond that really. They do this till they usually near the end of their life. I learned from Ben and others to grow, grow deep and far to no limits.
