Updates (October 1, 2024)

I am out of school for over a year.

I finally understand life.

You have to keep on learning, adapting and growing if you want the best “life experience” possible.

You can fall back to your old ways but that goes no where really.

Only when you are out of school for awhile you see this.

You got to “push and push” to want to see the other side of the hurdle. There is always more here to do in Canada.

There is lots of opportunity if you relax and reflect.

I could only see this phase after finishing school and being out for a while.

Nothing is new and nothing is unexpected.

You got to just push.

All the stuff that happens in the past in schools and at your first jobs are just “young happenings”. Just experiences of growing.

The reality is to push.

What did I learn living in the city back in 2019? I went back to live in Scarborough wanting to just live and work.

It wasn’t that good. But good enough.

I was alone most of the time.

I shopped in the big mall by myself most of the time.

There was learning, growing and living. It was OK. Living, living.

There was a sense of community as being a person of color with the people of there.

It was just good living. I miss it.

With the experiences and education I have now, I would just like to live, live and work, work in Scarborough? I need life experiences too.
