I think you need the level of higher education and degrees but not necessarily go to school and get them. You need higher education and experiences so you can do stuff.

A 2-year diploma at college is enough from what teachers at college says. Growing up in Canada and experiencing life here teaches you. This is normal for everyone living here in Canada. Only if you want to think and are passionate about something.

It doesn’t help looking like a minority and just accepting whatever. It does but doesn’t make you feel good.
