Updates (March 15, 2025)

Life was a rush because I did not have Vietnamese born in Canada friends growing up. There was always aunties and people from the homeland questioning why aren’t you a ‘doctor’.

Life beyond the normal daily grind was to go so far until you meet people who are helping you jump that extra 3-5 levels up. I got help from great people. Those 5 levels up is everything.

It was computing at the end that elevated my thinking. You don’t think negative no more.

People educated from Vietnam was everything. If I did not have the help from Vietnamese programmers educated in Vietnam, I would have not learned programming that is natural to me. The current education in Vietnam is great.

There is positivity from Vietnamese teachers pushing their students to study hard and abroad.

It is true.

Without supports, getting this education would be impossible.

Luckily I have family to support me in this journey to study this far.

I had so many bad experiences along the way. My mom said just to do your dreams and that is mainly what made me go.

The naysayers don’t mean much.

But really at the end of 20 years after school, everyone does what they want since birth.
