Lessons learned about living in Canada in 40 years.

The Vietnamese born Canadian figured a way to live and grow doing Western things but still Asian. They have ideas that are applicable to Western society. I need to learn more of that. I never really pushed my ideas. Only the last 4-5 years I started doing the things I want. I think it is important in higher levels to think clear and have solid ideas regardless of everything. That will give you clarity and the will and reason.

It is important to think clear and strive to think clear and decisive or else you feel muddled all day and unhealthy. You got to think and think for yourself.

The solution to all my problems is to live the Western supportive slow way. After socializing with Vietnamese from Vietnam and Vietnamese from Canada, I reaffirmed my stance on the slow journey of thinking and doing until you get something of value. Not money. Build something of value. This took 4 years of socializing with Vietnamese from Canada. The Vietnamese from Canada I am talking to have family in the West so they really understand the struggle and want to stay in the West doing something that will keep them here in the West. That requires lots of thinking and collaborating with Western ideas.

What I realized around 36 years old was working with my older brother building software and ideas. He built www.BenchTweakGaming.com with the team. It is something old and new. That is what old experienced people do. At that time of 2020, I was still just building simple tools.

When I talk to Vietnamese born in Canada, the Vietnamese born in Canada expect Asian-Western things. They expect things to be progressive and their ideas and wants and wishes to be out there. That is the expectation because we have lived in both worlds. We have something that we like and it should work, work at least for us.

That is the key, what I do should work for me at least. I should not really care about if it works or not. There are bound to be some people that like my work. I should do it for me.
