The dynamics of Canada is really something.
…
Today I went to see healthcare professionals and understood what it means to be an old guy in his 40s.
No longer am I 40 or the start of 40 which is 41. I am turning 42 this year so I am officially in my 40s.
I met an older guy while there and he assessed me …
As a Vietnamese born in Canada … what I am doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd layered?
…
1st layer: on the superficial I am a Vietnamese looking guy living in the GTA.
2nd layer: I am an older guy who is coloured and a negative void that is doing his own thing because he is finally old and lost his youth.
3rd layer: life is whatever and I am Canadian at the end (my core is Canadian) … no need to worry. I am just keeping really busy as it feels good and is required for a coloured Canadian. Coloured people must work, work, work solo as that is all they can do. Working this hard keeps you connected and grounded to the other Canadians. But do all old people in Canada work hard? I think kind of yes. It is a turning point to focus inward and develop a bit more when you get old.
4th layer: Keeping aware of all these layers is helpful as you are mindful.
5th layer: Keep doing this and growing as it keeps you happy???
…
At the end of the day … at the end of discussions … the old life philosophies come to play.
You do whatever, to live and do it somewhat your way after some influence.
Long discussions and debates don’t really matter, it is your way to achieve something.
…
Junction countries have people that strive for passion.
It is either passion or nothing with junction people???
