What if the job market is too competitive and full in healthcare?
Does that mean I have to do more specialization? …
Life is interesting now here in Canada. The competition and fullness of work will drive people to specialize more. Specialize more in their interests …
Instead of routine work, manufacturing and services, it is development and research?
Wow, I am realizing this now.
You might be forced to think because there is no regular work …
This might be the way things go.
This is just what it is.
…
So I am here at 40 years old. I studied mainly in the back of my mind wanting to do things for myself and impress a little.
I am ready for work but this time in a new career in healthcare. I think computer work I am finished with …
But I forget that there are competitive people in healthcare. Like perfectionists and super, super, super competitive people. I saw some the other day at the Whitby new health center. The new immigrants working there are super, super perfectionist but also super, super, super, super competitive and they are also give that serving attitude that you accept.
That means the first world countries like Canada are designed this way. They allow immigrants to come to maximize and make things more efficient. The competitive nature of new immigrants makes things cost efficient while diversifying making everyone get along.
It is all by design now I realize after accomplishing my goals in life. I heard this before but I feel and really realize this now.
Then you ultimately realize you only have your uniqueness and your interests … to wedge a way. This is how Westerners live.
I had to go through life to realize this solidly. I am glad I had the supports here in Canada to see this now clearly.
I seen other Asians really specialize, specialize before from movies, newspapers and life.
Back 16 years ago in university, I was just winging it. I knew I did not like to stay in university as I worked after 2nd year university and saw that the working world was gazillion times bigger and more practical and nicer for me.
Now to the present, I am faced with the situation like ‘other Asians’ in the past who came to the West.
Go do your interests and specialize so you don’t get stressed out in the competitive world with immigrants because I was born soft here in Canada.
