Wasn’t the old dynamic good enough?

If the old dynamic is not good enough then I guess location was the problem and some people must move and some people must stay.

There is something about Oshawa GM country. There is just work. Your ego and wants and needs are so minimalized. It is the assembly line.

Having people from other parts of the country or world just adds input but the idea is just work.

Ideas and content from other parts of the country may or may not compute.

The old dynamic works good enough and was tested since 2008 since moving here.

If there is more that needs to be done, then God would allow it. But God also said things are location based.

Since the old dynamic works in Oshawa since 2019 then why change that much when things are good.

The work is so different and so niche too and so stressful. But is it? But things work OK and the machine is running.

I guess moving locations did not really be needed. It was an eye opener but things are stuck location based and things are running smoothly.
