Updates (May 24, 2026) Part 7

Because I am who I am, I am the following to myself:

I just want to live and do stuff.

I know why I can not be a professional … I am Buddhist and Zen so that mean I don’t compete.

That is why I can not be a doctor or pharmacist because I don’t strive to be the top.

I zone out to do things and leave people alone.

If I was born and living in Vietnam, I will be on the farm all day and sleep outside in the night on some makeshift cot with mosquito net hanging.

I think I figured out why I had so much trouble in life growing up in Durham Region.

I am Buddhist naturally and don’t really make a name for myself. No real pushing and shoving to state what I want or more.

No traction for sure.

Combined that I am the 3rd child.

The immigrants in the neighbourhood think I have beef. They spend all the time building up a story against me for decades and then I find out they wanted to manipulate and control 2nd generation Vietnamese born in Canada like they are immigrants. Failure. We outgrew as we did our passions.

They are at a lost. They think racial hierarchy matters in Canada even for 2nd and 3rd generation but they are new and don’t understand the system. They are also changing to First Peoples so now things are in disarray.

They thought they could keep ‘Old World’ culture to thrive and survive but after 20+ years in this Canada nothing makes sense.

One Hit Wonder.

I is better to die out as a layman as the children will have no extreme pressure to compete.

I am working normal jobs now. Looking out for the future? Aren’t you?
